-The Chengdu Visa Application Center accepts visa applications through an online reservation system for the convenience of applicants.
Applicants who wish to submit their visa applications are encouraged to make use of this system.
-Applicants are advised to complete the visa application form in advance, which will help reduce waiting time at the reception desk.
Those who do not complete the application form must arrive at least 20 minutes before their reserved appointment time in order to be admitted.

*Required documents should be prepared by referring to [Main > Visa Application & Information] → “Types of Visa and Required Documents”.
-Upon arrival, applicants must draw a waiting number ticket under the same name as stated in their reservation and wait until called.
-Online reservations can be made up to 7 business days prior to the desired visit date. (*Based on working days)
-Reservations can be made up to two months from the current month.
-When visiting the visa center after making an online appointment, you must print and bring your appointment confirmation. Please note that once the appointment confirmation is printed, the reservation cannot be changed.
-Duplicate reservations with the same applicant information are not allowed. If duplicate bookings occur, the reservations will be automatically canceled.
-The number of available slots is limited for each time period.
